Clear steps, clear roles
Three stages: prepare, arrive & receive care, rest & return. You and your doctors make the medical decisions. The provider you choose gives you its estimate and its care. We take care of everything around it.
1 · Prepare
Talk to your own doctor
Before anything else, discuss the idea of care in India with your doctor at home, including whether it is safe for you to fly and how follow-up care would work.
Send us an enquiry
Tell us the kind of care you're considering, the cities you prefer and your dates. Please don't send medical records; we don't need them to plan a trip. We reply to your enquiry in writing within one working day, with the next steps and what we can arrange, and that first written reply is free. It covers planning only, not medical advice.
We agree our scope and fee in writing
We explain what we will arrange and our coordination fee before any work starts.
You choose the provider
If you ask, we gather published information on hospitals, centres or practitioners. You choose, and you share your records directly with them. Medical opinions and estimates come from them, in writing. We follow up until you have each reply. Hospitals reply on their own timelines; we follow up with them, but we don't control how long they take.
Visa and travel planning
We give you a visa document checklist and you apply on the official Government of India portal. We plan airport pickup, stays near your provider, transport, interpreters and any holiday time.
2 · Arrive & receive care
On the ground in India
A named coordinator (contact details and hours confirmed in writing before you travel) handles transfers, check-ins, appointments logistics and day-to-day questions for you and your family.
3 · Rest & return
Recovery and the trip home
Your treating doctor decides when you can travel. We arrange a recovery stay if you want one and help with your journey home. Your provider gives you your records to take to your doctor.

Our role
- We are a coordination company, not a medical provider. We don't give medical advice or recommend treatments.
- Your contract for medical care is with the provider you choose.
