The practical side, handled
A hospital visit abroad comes with a long list of small jobs. Here is what we take off your hands, and what stays with you.
Visa guidance
India offers e-Medical and e-Medical Attendant visas for many nationalities. We give you a document checklist and help you request the hospital letter the application needs. You apply yourself, only on indianvisaonline.gov.in; the Government of India decides every application.
A place to stay
Hotels or serviced apartments close to your hospital, sized for the family members travelling with you, and a quieter recovery stay afterwards if you want one.
Admission support
We help with forms, deposits and the hospital's international patient desk, so the first day goes smoothly. The hospital's terms and bills are between you and the hospital.
Arrival & transport
Airport pickup, a local SIM if you want one, and transport to every appointment.
Languages
Our team works in English. Tell us the language you'd prefer when you enquire, and we'll confirm in writing whether we can arrange an interpreter.
A coordinator on call
One named person you can reach by phone or WhatsApp (contact details and hours are confirmed in writing before you travel) for anything practical, day to day.
Documents to keep together
- Passport (check its validity against the visa rules)
- Printed e-Visa approval
- The hospital's letter and written estimate
- Copies of your reports and a list of your medicines
- Travel insurance details
Before you leave India
- Your treating doctor confirms when you are fit to fly
- Discharge summary and reports to take to your doctor at home
- Itemised bills and receipts from the hospital, for any insurer claim
- How to reach the hospital with questions later
